Hey Reader
As we kick off February, I wanted to wish you a Happy Black History Month and congratulate you for making it through the year that was January.
The last few weeks have been tough with federal executive orders attempting to freeze billions in funding that would affect nonprofits, companies scaling back their DEI efforts, and the usual January blues. To help support our nonprofit friends, we wrote an article that provides strategies for how nonprofits can diversify their fundraising strategies. In honor of Black History Month, we offer tips for how brands can authentically celebrate Black History Month.
Check out both articles and let us know if you have any questions. With so much going on in the world, please try to practice self-care - turning off the news, going for a walk with loved ones, or binge-watching some Netflix shows.

Strategies to Diversify Your Nonprofit's Fundraising
Relying too heavily on government grants can leave nonprofits vulnerable to budget cuts and policy changes. To build long-term financial sustainability, nonprofits must explore diverse fundraising strategies that create reliable revenue streams. A diversified fundraising approach helps nonprofits strengthen donor relationships, increase financial resilience, and continue making an impact.
